Allow me to explain: Those who claim to believe in the King (the Lord Jesus Christ) but fail to live by their faith in Him and are caught up in the daily events of this world system. In essence, they fail to see the Kingdom for what it is. John and the Lord Jesus made it very plain: In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” The word repent means to change, to turn around from one's disobedience and go the other direction. It has nothing to do with how you may feel emotionally, and everything to do with making a choice to turn around and obey.
In order for you to really know who you are and who you represent, you first must go back to the original thought and the One who created you. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” In order for you to embrace this statement in the Lord God's Constitution, you first must in faith embrace His Son, Jesus the Christ. Remember... God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. Then why does mankind have a tendency to worship statues or other material items?
So, then, what is faith? Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. If it can be seen, then it isn't faith. Kingdom Citizens in right-standing with the King know who they are and who they represent because every breath that they take is based on living for their King and His Kingdom. Living in His Kingdom has only one standard of living, His Constitution--God's Word. Regardless of what we do on earth, it is only temporary. Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. Remember that these are the words of King Jesus. Do you represent a religion, a denomination? The ambassador Paul made it very plain when he made this statement: So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. Having stated that, shouldn't you get with the King's program? Abandon that cultural, religious, worldview mindset and make the Kingdom of God your top priority. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
I say again, Who are you and who do you serve? You know that every time Satan comes your way, he is asking you those same questions. Think about it. When you haven't answered those questions and settled it in your mind, Satan can wreak havoc in your life. He can distract, disturb, bring chaos and destroy your life when you don't truly know who you are and who you serve! The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Everything in our lives takes a back seat to the Kingdom of God and Kingdom living by God's Constitution. The color of your skin is only temporary and has nothing to do with the Kingdom. The evil one has deceived so many people into believing there are many races, when there is only one race, and that is the human race. The Kingdom of God is united, one people. Remember, your greatest strength is your faith in the Lord Jesus the Christ. If you are feeling weak, check your faith level. Ask yourself, "Who am I in the Kingdom and who do I really serve?"
