Constitutional Scripture:
Deuteronomy 6:5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
Now I want you to remember, these are the same words Jesus echoed while He was on earth. This should show you that Christ was faithful to His Father's commands and principles. The question is this: Why are these who call themselves "Christian" deviating from His standard:
Constitutional Scripture: Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38) This is the first and great commandment. 39) And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Focus Point: Once you accept the concept of the Kingdom, then the journey begins with unbelievers of His Word, to true believers of His Word. With the emphasis on "true". A Kingdom Citizen will always give his allegiance to the King, because he knows who his Creator is and who is his source. However, a religious individual takes enough Constitution from the King's principles to cause them to feel good, as a religious individual. True believers of the King are filled with the King's presence and that presence is the Holy Spirit.
Constitutional Scripture: Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
This is the qualification of a true believer of the King's Word. They will obey all of His truth, being submissive to the Holy Spirit. In that process they become ambassadors from the Kingdom. Representing the Kingdom government and its culture.
Whenever we are in the presence of an ambassador, we are in the presence of the government he or she represents. This is why I truly believe that there are so many of those who call themselves "Christians" while their behavior is totally the opposite of a kingdom ambassador and believer of His Word.
Focus Point: Do you remember what the King stated concerning lukewarm individuals who failed to truly embrace His Word?
Constitutional Scripture: Revelation 3:15-16 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
I want you to keep this in mind, once you embrace God's Kingdom concept and accept His Kingdom, you will discover that religious people will become your enemies. You will discover that the King only had one message:
Constitutional Scripture: Matthew 9:35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Jesus even instructed His disciples where to go and what to preach.
Constitutional Scripture: Matthew 10:5-8 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. 6) But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7) And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8) Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.
Religion and an unrighteous government.
