An ambassador is a unique political creature in the kingdoms and his disposition must be understood fully, in order to appreciate the power of distinction of this revered position. Here are some paramount qualities of an ambassador:
1. Appointed by the king, not voted into position
2. Appointed to represent the state or kingdom
3. Committed only to the state's interests
4. Embodies the nation-state or kingdom
5. Totally covered by the state
7. Totally protected by his government
8. Never becomes a citizen of the state or kingdom to which he is assigned
9. Can only be recalled by the king or president
10. Has access to all his nation's wealth for assignment
11. Never speaks his personal position on any issue, only his nation's official position
12. His goal is to influence the territory for his kingdom government.
All of these qualities and characteristics are embedded in the message and ministry of the Kingdom of God and are perfectly exemplified by our Chief Ambassador (Secretary of State) Jesus Christ.
All of these also apply to each citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven who has been appointed by the government of heaven to represent heaven here on Earth. This is why Jesus admonished us to not worry about anything concerning our lives, but to focus on the Kingdom; then everything we need for life and fulfilling our kingdom assignment on Earth will be provided by the government of heaven.
Here are some ambassadorial statements and references expressed by the king, Jesus Himself, regarding His diplomatic duties in representing His heavenly government. These He transferred to you, who have submitted as citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven:
Afterward, Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you have been made well, sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you." (John 5:17)
Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner." (John 5:19)
I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgement is righteous because I do not seek My own will but the will of My Father who sent Me." (John 5:30)
As the living Father sent Me and I live because of the Father, so he who feds on Me will live because of Me." (John 6:57)
I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I heard from Him." (John 8:26)
Then Jesus said to them, "When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I can do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29) And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left me alone, for I always do those things that please Him." (John 8:28-29)
If I do not do the work of My Father, do not believe Me. (John 10:37)
For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak. 50) And I know that His command is everlasting life. Therefore, whatever I speak, just as the Father has told Me, so I speak. (John 12:49-50)
Jesus said to them, "Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father, so how can you say, 'Show us the Father'? 10) Do you not believe that I am the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works. 11) Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the sake of the works themselves. 12) Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because II go to My Father. (John 14:9-12)
When He has said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. 21) So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father had sent Me, I also send you." (John 20:20-21)
I declare that we are also ambassadors of our heavenly government, representing our government's mind, will, purpose and intent to the Earth; so that His Kingdom can come and His will be done on Earth just as it is in heaven. We are charged to speak only what our government speaks, not our own personal opinion or views. Therefore, whenever an ambassador is asked to comment on an issue, he is obligated to speak his government's position. He simply quoted the constitution's (the Word of God...aka "the Bible") position on all matters. Go and be an ambassador of the government of heaven, not of a religion. Study your constitution to know and understand your government's position on all issues pertaining to life.
