As I stated in previous messages, there is no sharing God's Glory with any man or anything. As Kingdom Citizens, we must be prepared for clash and conflict. We cannot enter the Kingdom of God and continue to live like our unregenerated friends. All of the sudden everything changes: our culture, our nature, our interests, our priorities, our tastes, our everything. We are new creations in Christ. The old is gone and everything has become new. Read what a representative of the Kingdom stated in God's Constitution: Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Remember, our assignment on earth is not coexistence, compromise, or half measures. It is total transformation. As Dr. Munroe once said, "It is love taking over a love-starved planet".
Do you remember when Jesus made this statement: “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened.” Whenever the Kingdom of God comes into a place, it impacts and overrides the culture of that place, and not with violence or heavy-handed tactice, but with love and unshakable confidence in the absolute legitimacy, superiority and supremacy of Kingdom government. We are not to dress like the world system or the popular culture. We are supposed to set a standard for others to see, the higher standard of the Kingdom. We are supposed to override the popular culture. We are supposed to exercise self-control and moderation in all things, at all times and impact the people around us, By the way, we should not allow the environment in which we reside in to change us. Remember what John stated in God's Constitution: You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
Instead of allowing our environment to change us, we should change our environment and bring it into conformity with God's Kingdom. The Kingdom ambassador Paul made this profound statement: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
The Kingdom does not coexist with others. God shares His Glory with no other.
