Allow me to share this understanding with you. Reading is good, studying His Constitution is good, but to truly understand His plan for coming to Earth, you must have a kingdom mindset. This comes about through embracing the Kingdom concept. Our philosophy, or belief system, has been formulated throughout our lives by our responses to various influences on us. Those influences include our families, our friends, our heritage (meaning background) our physical and social environments, our education, our religious affiliation, our knowledge, the media to which we have been exposed, our associates, our co-workers, etc. Our beliefs com from the ideas to which we have been exposed or have developed from our observations and analyses that we have received as truth.
Some of the ideas we accept may be false or incomplete. But if we believe that they are true, they will still become incorporated into our personal philosophy, helping to construct the foundation on which we build our lives. This is why if an individual changes their belief system, they have to change their ideas about themselves and their ideas about this world system. Ambassador Paul put it this way: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
This is why it is very important to discard our old behavior and allow the Spirit of God to guide us. Studying and reading the God's Constitution is the foundation of change. We develop character, therefore, as a result of our personal philosophy, including what we believe about the meaning of life, the nature of the world system, and how we should relate to other individuals. Reading and studying the King's Word is real food for you. Remember, you don't have a spirit, you are a spirit, living in a body made of dirt. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Those verses state so much.
Embrace the Kingdom concept and you will most definitely develop a Kingdom mindset. Then, everywhere you go, you will bring the Kingdom of God into that environment.
