Now as the Governor, the Holy Spirit mediates for the people on Planet Earth on behalf of the absent King. The Holy Spirit only mediates to those individuals He resides in. Although the dominion of the Lord God covers both Heaven and Earth, He maintains His presence in Heaven; but in this aspect of His divinity, He has not come down to Planet Earth. He has, however, come to Earth in the Persons of His Son, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Spirit. The New Testament tells us that the Son of God took on human flesh, and announced the arrival of the Kingdom of God and then died by crucifixion, shedding His sinless blood so that we who are disobedient could gain access to the Kingdom. (by the way, the word "testament" isn't a religious term, it is a legal team)
Remember, in the forty days after His resurrection from the dead, in all that time, Jesus was still teaching the Kingdom to His disciples. Then Christ ascended to Heaven, where He is now seated at the right hand of His Father and where He continues to intercede on our behalf. Read what King Jesus stated to us who endure to the end: To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. Ten days after He ascended, He sent the Holy Spirit to live permanently in the hearts of believers so that there would always be a presence of God on the Earth.
Jesus made the statement that the Holy Spirit will never speak on His own, but will speak only what He hears. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. What the Spirit does say will always be in agreement with what the Father and the Son say, and with what the Bible states--which is the written Word. Remember, none of these will ever contradict any of the others; they will always be in perfect harmony with one another. Remember what the King stated concerning His Father: "I and My Father are one.”
Keep in mind, as Governor of the Kingdom, the Holy Spirit is the official, designated representative through whom all information from and about the King and His Kingdom passes to His citizens. Again I remind you what Jesus stated: But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
This is why it is very important that you allow the Holy Spirit to reside in your mortal body.
