Understanding the Kingdom Concept of Territory
Keep in mind, the essence of a Kingdom is property. Land or property is the validation of a king. Land or property defines a king or queen and gives him or her the right to claim kingship. Remember, the first thing God created in the creation narrative was property...the earth. Keep in mind, the earth, created before mankind , was formed because it was necessary in order for man to be a legitimate ruler.
Constitutional Scripture: Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Focus Point: man was created to dominate, and it is impossible to dominate nothing.
Please note: Man was not created to dominate other men. The mandate of God to Adam was to be King over a property. Every king must have territory.
Now the word "kingdom" derives from the phrase "king domain". Domain refers to the property, the territory over which a king exercises his dominion. A "kingdom" then, is a king's territory.
Focus Point: God wanted an administrator to take charge of His creation; so He placed Adam, "the man" in charge.
Constitutional Scripture: Genesis 2:8 The Lord planted a garden eastward in Eden and there He put the man whom He had formed.
Please note: Adam was the king over that property. It was his domain.

Without a territory, a king is not a king because he has nothing to rule over.
Remember, you cannot be a king over nothing.
Remember, you cannot be a king over nothing.
Remember, your greatest asset is your faith in the King's Word.
