The Indwelling Force

I have stated many times, the reason so many of those who claim to represent Kingdom life fail is because they don't have the indwelling power living inside of them. The key to man's being able to manifest the Kingdom of the Lord God on planet earth is the presence of the Holy Spirit. While Jesus was on earth, He made it quite clear: “If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. Man cannot know the Lord God's will except through the Holy Spirit living within him and the Holy Spirit can only live in a holy vessel. For example, Adam and Eve were filled with the Holy Spirit and enjoyed intimate fellowship with God. When they were seduced and deceived by Satan's temptation and disobeyed God, that line of communication was broken; creating a disturbance in the force of the universe. They became unholy vessels and the Holy Spirit took a walk (departed), cutting off their connection with the heavenly realm. So many of those that claim to know Him don't have the power of the Holy Spirit. Just look at the behavior of their lives.
Remember, in Jesus the Christ, the Holy Spirit returned to earth to dwell in full force in a human being for the first time since leaving Adam and Eve. The man Jesus was flesh, but the Christ within Him was full of the Spirit. He was Jesus the Christ, the God man, God in the flesh. In Him was the fullness of God dwelling in bodily form. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. That fullness was the Holy Spirit, who was now abiding and dwelling in human flesh for the first time since the Garden of Eden. Jesus was the model for all mankind, the spiritual potential that could belong to them if they were empowered by the Spirit of God.
Thoughtful Questions:
Thoughts to meditate:
When Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit began His public ministry, His message was this simple announcement: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Jesus was stating Repent, change your mind because your thoughts are corrupt because of your disobedience (sin). Why should we change our minds? Because the Kingdom of Heaven is near. (God's government). It is here now, and we need to adjust our way of thinking to that new reality.
My personal question to you:
In what ways do you need to adjust your thinking to that new reality?
John 14:15-18 Colossians 2:9 Matthew 4:17

Thoughtful Questions:
- How does a lack of holiness prevent the Holy Spirit from dwelling within us?
- Can anyone really be holy?
- Why or why not?
- How did Jesus bring the ability to communicate with God back to us?
- How does the Holy Spirit live in us?
- What is His "fullness"?
- Explain why the Holy Spirit is so key to the Kingdom of God on Earth?
- What spiritual potential do you have?
- How will you see this potential realized?
