A Summary
We are to approach the Kingdom with childlike faith. Jesus made it so simple, religion has complicated it.
Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” Mark 10:15
Jesus, our Lord and Savior, is the door to the Kingdom. He died for our sins and to give us access to all God has for us in His Kingdom.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
We are Kingdom citizens.
When we interact with others, we represent King Jesus, as ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven. We are to be walking, talking examples of Kingdom living.
The Bible is God’s Constitution; His testaments of how we are to live and all the blessings and responsibilities in the Kingdom.
When the Lord Jesus left this earth, He gave us the Holy Spirit (our Governor) to be a Helper in our life.
If you enjoy attending church--or even kingdom--conferences and events, remember that they are “dessert”. Your sustenance, your nourishment, comes from God’s Constitution and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. That alone is your food and strength for growth in the Kingdom of God. Everything else should be held up to God’s Constitution (your ruler of Truth) to decide if you will accept that information or reject it.
This is all you need: God’s Word, your Governor (the Holy Spirit) and a fervent desire to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Begin your search in the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. “7 Keys to….” or “10 Steps to…” or even “Empowering you to…” are all designed to sell books and fill convention centers. We try to keep it real, and real simple, as Jesus did.
But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Matthew 6:33
Yes, seeking the Kingdom is that simple. It’s all about getting your priorities straight in your mind, will and emotions. Your first priority is the Kingdom of God, learning and obeying His Word. What will be added? ALL your needs will be met, so don’t worry about them:
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Matthew 6:31-32
Remember, we have all felt, at some time in our life, that we couldn’t understand God’s Word when we tried to read it. Pray for wisdom and understanding and the Holy Spirit will reveal things to you as you read. It is a growth process. Be consistent and persistent and you will be amazed.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26
We began this website in 2012 for the sole purpose of making the Gospel of the Kingdom, that our Lord Jesus preached, freely available to all who were seeking. It wasn’t about building a following or making money. We are now creating ebooks at the request of readers who want to have these lessons with them without needing an internet connection.
We hear from ministers around the world who are using the website to preach the Kingdom gospel and we humbly praise the Lord for all He is doing through us and them. If you will submit to His leading and do all He asks you to do, you will be amazed what you can accomplish with very little money. God will not ask you to do what He hasn’t already provided for. Be consistent and persistent. Take what He has put in your hands now and work with it. It is for this purpose we were born. The same is true for you. Work what He has already put in your hands and He will give you more as needed. This is your purpose, your mission.
Your faith in God’s Word is your greatest asset!
