The President of this United States told other religious leaders that he had accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior. Now, who are we to judge his intent. That is between him and the Lord God. Yes, there comes a time when you will judge, but by the fruit they bore. But we don't judge one's intent. The King made this statement while He was here on earth. “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you." Did you notice that our King said For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
Kingdom citizens don't criticize one another, especially in the eyes of non-believers. We are to pray for one another. But I hear and see so many who wear the label Christian, putting each other to shame in the eyes of non-believers. They are divided and disrespectful. There is far more at stake than your opinion. Ambassador James made this statement: Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Believe it or not, many of us couldn't handle someone confessing their faults to them. Why? Because many of those who claim to know the King couldn't keep their mouths closed. Citizens of the Kingdom must learn how to govern and control their tongues. Again, ambassador James makes it very plain: Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening?
All of that proves the point of why it is so important to have the Governor (the Holy Spirit) living in you and having Him guiding you. I stated "Him", not it. The Holy Spirit is a He, not an it.
The Lord Jesus said, But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
Remember, born again is quick and immediate. But learning to become a citizen of the Kingdom is a process. Having said that, why do you criticize the President of the United States? He is new to this way. Keep in mind, religion is a holding tank for those who are seeking the Kingdom. It is also a seriously hindered by religious traditions and customs. Remember also, we are to respect and honor the position, even when we disagree with the man.
This country, along with the world, have been deceived by the evil one (the devil). He has divided mankind. He knows that if he can divide us, he can conquer us. Remember, in the Kingdom there is only one allegiance; and that is to the King's Word. When the Lord Jesus was praying here what He said: “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me." After reading that, you can see how the world is deceived. So stay focused as our King commands us:
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
