Kingdom 104: Christianity Misrepresents the Kingdom Pt 2

I understand these messages may cause some discomfort and disagreement. All too often our faith in Jesus Christ is so entwined in the traditions of Christian religion that we cannot see the Kingdom He spoke of. But whether or not people agree with me, I must write to please my King. When it is all said and done, I will answer to Him alone. I am following His lead and it is not always popular among religious people--those who follow their denomination's traditions or customs. The Lord God, speaking through His representative Hosea, made this statement: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. It grieves my spirit because many of those who claim to believe in and love the Lord Jesus the Christ, fail to read and study His Word. The more you know concerning His Kingdom, you will become filled with His Spirit. Knowing less about the world and more about His Word will advance you into His Kingdom. Remember what He stated to Pilate the Governor. Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.” In Essence, here is what is being said to us as His citizens and Kingdom family. Don't concern yourself with this world because this world isn't your priority. You are to live a life that will draw others to seek the Kingdom first above all. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Here is an example of Kingdom government and Kingdom citizenship. Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all. Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles’ feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need. They were filled with the Governor (the Holy Spirit) They devoted themselves to the teachings of the Kingdom as Christ recommended earlier. The former account I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach, until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen, to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me...Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need. So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. Notice, it said having favor with all the people. Here in the United States, you will find that Christianity is divided into denominations. Divided by doctrines, attitudes, traditions and divided by race. We have white congregations, black congregations, Hispanic congregations. Anything that can be used to divide God's Kingdom. Why is that? Because the devil has deceived them to thinking they are doing the right thing. May I say, they fail to have the Governor (the Holy Spirit) guiding their lives.
When the Holy Spirit came among the believers, it was time for Him to make an impression on those around them. When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. Then the Governor had the believers speak the Kingdom message in many different languages so all could receive the blessing. And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.” The Holy Spirit is an intelligent being. He isn't a thing or a religious spirit as many make Him out to be. There were many people there that spoke different languages and yet they were of the same mind. They had all things in common. This is why the Holy Spirit has me teaching the Kingdom and nothing else. Our minds should be changing and becoming more like Christ everyday. Ambassador Paul put it this way: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Embrace the fact that your greatest commodity is your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
