Kingdom 103: The Holy Spirit is for All Humanity
I cannot stress strongly enough the importance of the Holy Spirit (our Governor) in our lives. It is as vital to our spirit as oxygen is to our mortal body. It is our connection from earth (the natural) to our Lord and King (spiritual). The Holy Spirit puts us in real time to the Kingdom of God. That is why the Lord Jesus stressed for His disciples to "wait". And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” The Governor (the Holy Spirit) is our passport of citizenship in the Kingdom of Heaven. He is our guide through this world. The representative Joel gave this statement from the Heavenly Kingdom regarding the Holy Spirit: “And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days." In essence, the prophet Joel was saying "I see a day coming when we will obey God's laws and principles, not in our natural strength and knowledge, but because His Spirit will be with us and in us, young and old alike."
But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.’
Jesus made it very clear that you must love and obey His commandments. There is no exception to that law or those principles. “If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you."
Please take into account that all humanity lost the Holy Spirit that dwelt in the first man Adam. The prophet Joel was saying that the Spirit would be poured out on "all people". That includes male and female, Israelites and non-Israelites, slave or free. I am glad to state that all prejudice that is related to gender, color or social status would disappear in the face of the Holy Spirit (the Governor). Note that I did not mention race. Why? Because there is only one race and that is the Human race.
Always remember, the Holy Spirit is not just meant for people of a certain nationality and definitely not for any religion, because in the Kingdom of God there is no religion. Religion is man-made. There is only a king and King Jesus is His name. The whole world lost the presence of the Governor within them; but God already had made provision. The Lord God wants everyone in the world to receive Him into their lives again through the provision of His Offspring, Jesus. The Holy Spirit (the Governor) is the key to life for all of mankind (humanity). Those who receive the gift of the Holy Spirit are those who receive Jesus as their Savior and door to the Kingdom, and know and obey His laws and principles--His Word, our Constitution for living.
