Diluting the Kingdom Message While Being Deceived
When we view this world from a Kingdom perspective we see many people who are being deceived, especially those in the religious world. They blame others for their conflicts and issues that go on in their community, state and throughout the world. It's always someone else's fault. They blame their own circumstances on other people. "We" are the victim and "they" are the perpetrator. But the real culprit and antagonizer is the devil--the dragon--otherwise known as Satan. Read what the Lord Jesus said in Luke, speaking of a past event. “I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning!" Luke 10:18 Notice He used the word "saw" which implies past tense. The Lord Jesus was referring to the war that took place in heaven.
Then there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels. And the dragon lost the battle, and he and his angels were forced out of heaven. This great dragon—the ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world—was thrown down to the earth with all his angels. Revelation 12:7-9
When bad things happen to us, we blame others, when in reality, the evil one is the foundation of all the world's chaos. The devil was here long before the Lord God created mankind. That is how the serpent (the snake) became instrumental in the fall of mankind. The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?” Remember, the woman was deceived she had the wrong conversation. “Of course we may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,” the woman replied. “It’s only the fruit from the tree in the middle of the garden that we are not allowed to eat. God said, ‘You must not eat it or even touch it; if you do, you will die.’”
“You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.” Genesis 3:1, 2-5
Since Satan lost the war in heaven and was kicked out of the Kingdom, the earth has been his "stomping ground". He was cast to the earth, along with a third of the heavenly host who decided to join this rebellion. This great dragon—the ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world—was thrown down to the earth with all his angels. Revelation 12:9
One of the main deceptions, is that there is more than one race, when in reality there is only one race...the human race. Every bit of chaos and trouble stems from Adam's disobedience and and lack of taking control (dominion) over all that God gave to him. Remember, Adam wasn't deceived, he failed to take control and obey his Creator. So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. . .Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’: Cursed is the ground for your sake; in toil you shall eat of it all the days of your life." Genesis 3:6, 17 NKJV
Many people attend schools such as Yale, Harvard, Howard and Brown Universities. But that is man educating mankind and yet, the devil has deceived even the most educated that there is more than one race. Satan uses the color of our skin and our culture in which we were raised, to separate mankind. Satan hates unity of God's creation!
God's Truth is eternal. It never changes. It is not meant to be watered down to be more palatable. The Lord God does not go back and re-edit His Word--Kingdom Constitution. Religious leaders might alter it to fit current society, but God does not. That is why it is vital to know God's Word and listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit. That is your measurement for Truth, not our culture.
The Lord Jesus came to restore the Kingdom back to mankind if only they will receive Him. Read what John heard and wrote about: Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last—salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth—the one who accuses them before our God day and night." Revelation 12:10
Please keep this in mind, the Lord God's time span is in no way like man's. One day is as a thousand years. The ambassador Peter made this statement: But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day. The Lord isn’t really being slow about His promise, as some people think. No, He is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent. 2 Peter 3:8-9 So the Lord God's time measurement is nothing like ours. It is because of the Lord Jesus restoring the Kingdom in us that we have the victory over Satan. For his time on this earth is short. And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die. Therefore, rejoice, O heavens! And you who live in the heavens, rejoice! But terror will come on the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time.” Revelation 12:11-12
Always remember that your faith in King Jesus is your greatest asset in the Kingdom.
