Your Personal Authority is Authentic
Always walk with your head up, regardless of how you feel. When you are working at something you were born to do, people will naturally become aware of you. Interestingly, they may even be afraid of you. That often happens because if you know what you are doing, you intimidate people who are less sure of themselves just by being in the same room with them. This happens to me quite often. I always walk with my head up and when I speak to others, I look them square in the eyes. You have to continue faithfully pursuing your authority, regardless of any negative reactions others may have toward you. When mediocre and excellence are in the same space, the mediocre will try in some way to bring the excellent down to their level. Know this and stay strong.
My wife Arlene informs me that my presence intimidates people just by standing and not even saying anything. This is because I know who I am in God's Kingdom. I am not a servant, but a child of the Kingdom of God. Our faith in Him makes us His sons and daughters. Know who you are and WHOSE you are and walk in that authority. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
