Work Brings the Best Out of You
Are you complaining of the amount of work you have to do at your place of employment? Or are you looking for a job that can pay you enough finances to meet your family's needs? In any case, work helps define who you really are, and why you were created. If you read Genesis in God's Constitution, you will see that God gave Adam meaningful work and responsibility to do so that he could become fully himself and manifest his fullest potential. Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.
Now the Greek word for work eregon, literally means to "become". When God the Father placed Adam in the garden and charged him to dress and keep it, he was instructing Adam to "become" himself. In other words, Adam was to manifest who he really was. Keep in mind, God has the same purpose for you. He wants you to become yourself and manifest who you really are. God has hidden inside of you an awesome individual with an awesome dream and an awesome vision, an awesome design and some awesome abilities.
The qualities that I have just spoken of are in latent form (present but invisible or inactive, hidden). They are dormant. You must work to bring them out. Your first focus should be on becoming yourself, not on finding another "self". Just as our fingerprints and DNA are unique, so are the gifts and purpose God has placed within.
My last words to you are this: You should never think about marriage until you are single--whole and complete in God.
Genesis 2:15
