God's Unchanging Character
As a true leader of righteousness, you must guard your integrity and your character. These two must be who you are at all times. If you take the time to read the whole Old Testament of God's Constitution, you will notice that it is all about God's character. What He likes and what He doesn't like. For example, read what God has to say about laws of sexual morality: “If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then both of them shall die—the man that lay with the woman, and the woman; so you shall put away the evil from Israel." Now, if you haven't noticed, the man and the woman would be put to death. This should show you what God thinks about adultery, and sexual disobedience or as it is called, sin. God hates disobedience to His commands. Please be advised, our time on this planet called earth is only temporary. We are supposed to live our lives fulfilling His purpose while we are here, affecting others with the Kingdom message. We fail to realize, by living this life through submitting our will to the Holy Spirit, we will overcome every obstacle through His Word. Remember, God and His Son Jesus the Christ is always the same (meaning His character). "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever."
Jesus made this statement to John in the Constitution of Revelation: Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new". And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son." Regardless of what comes against you, you must have faith in Christ and His Word. I didn't say "Christianity" or "Christian faith". I said faith in Christ and His Word. Remember, God the Father gave Christ all His authority.
