You Have Leadership Ability,
It's Natural
So many times we relinquish abilities to others, just because they may speak well or dress in nicer apparel.
Keep in mind, the Father God created leadership abilities inside each of us. Every human has the potential for leadership, even though most of us never manifest it. It just has to be cultivated. The desire to lead and acheive greatness is natural even though many of us deny it. It is a silent, passionate longing that exists in every individual's heart. Leadership is your desire and your destiny. Remember this, in order for one to become a good and great leader, you must first learn how to follow. You must be a good learner. Take for example, Jesus the Christ, our ultimate leader. He took twelve men and trained them in the way of the Kingdom for three and a half years in words and deeds. Do you remember what Jesus stated concerning His Father? Most assuredly I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner. You see, Jesus the King was a great follower. His ability came naturally, because He obeyed His Father's commands. Remember Jesus stated that He watches what His Father did, and He mimicked Him. To mimic someone, is to copy what you see someone else do. A true leader never seeks his own glory. Do you recall what Jesus stated? I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me. Embrace the fact that Jesus followed His Father's commands and principles to the letter. This is why He was successful here on earth. The question is, are you obeying the Word of your King?
Leadership is a process, not an overnight sensation.
John 5:19 John 5:30
