What is Your Spirit Like?
I have been on this planet called earth for over six decades, and what I have learned is this: There are many individuals who confuse the position of leadership with the meaning of true leadership. No matter what position you may have been given, the status in an organization does not automatically create a leader in you. Genuine leadership is an internal disposition, which relates to a sense of purpose, self-worth and self-concept.
This is why it is so important to read and study God's Constitution (Bible).
I also have learned that others have confused leadership with the ability to control through manipulating their emotions and playing on their fears as well as their needs. Keep this in mind, true leadership inspires but does not manipulate. Do you remember what God the creator stated to Joshua before he entered into the land of Canaan?
Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
Obeying the King's principles, laws and precepts are the key to all prosperity. If you are looking and expecting to prosper, read what God the creator told Joshua.
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
First and foremost, obey God's Word.
