Leadership Role
The question before you is: Are you a leader? First of all, I want you to realize that leadership is not an exclusive membership for the elite. I want you to know that I am a firm believer in God's Constitution. It is the written Word of God to all mankind. Now having said that: man is essentially a spirit being, and the nature of a person's spirit dictates the nature that the male or female manifests. Man was created from the beginning to be a leader. Never forget this fact. Remember, this was before the fall of mankind.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” Keep in mind, until an individual's spirit is changed, that individual is unchanged. Leadership, therefore, begins in the spirit of the individual. When the spirit of leadership comes alive, it produces an attitude that separates the leader from the follower. But keep in mind, we all have that God given ability to lead, it is just that most of us haven't had it cultivated in our minds. In essence, every human has the ability and capacity for leadership, but most do not have the courage or will to cultivate it. Remember what the Apostle Paul stated in Philippians.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Remember what Jesus our King stated: “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father".
Jesus is the ultimate King and the obedient leader.
