God the Creator of Freedom
Freedom is a kingdom concept introduced by God Himself, as the very essence and purpose of man's existence. Freedom is the component that assists us in fulfilling our God given purpose while we are on this planet earth. Without it, it can cause hardship and disappear. Yet, freedom does not come without its borders and guidelines. Freedom without boundaries is chaos.
In this culture, freedom has several values. It has historical, sociological and relational value. First is the concept of personal freedom. This gives the individual the sense that they aren't being coerced or restrained by another individual in doing something desired. On the other hand, having the conviction that one can do the same. Now the second concept of freedom is called sovereign freedom. This is simply the power to act as one pleases, regardless of the wishes of the others, as distinct from personal freedom which is the capacity to do as one pleases in so far as one can. And the third note of freedom is civic freedom, which is the capacity of mature members of a community to participate in its life and governance. An individual feels free, in this sense, to the degree that he or she belongs to the community of their birth. They have a recognized place in it and are involved in some way in the way it is governed.
Keep in mind, a slave has very little freedom. In order for one to truly be free on this planet, one must be free in their mind and spirit. One must have the mind of Christ the King. It is a must that we have the mind of Christ the King.
"Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus". Having this mindset also gives you the freedom of obedience. our minds should always be elevated.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
Philippians 2:5 Colossians 3:2 John 8:36
