Food For Our Spirit
I Corinthians 3:1-3 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. 2) I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; 3) for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
When God first created man, he was designed to live forever. But when he failed to lead and take his responsibility over his female companion, he became a slave to another element. God calls it "sin" or "disobedience". The true secret to living a life of an ambassador is embracing His Word as food, for that is what it really is. Do you remember what the King stated to the woman at the well? "But He said to them "I have food to eat of which you do not know" John 4:32. He also stated to His disciples: Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work." John 4:34.
